Successful restauranteur Angelo Georgalli takes his bow and arrow and fishing rod to New Zealand’s beautiful Wanaka and Queenstown regions in search of his next meal. Providing an insight into ancient hunting techniques of archery, we follow Angelo on a journey into the wilderness.
