Overview
School production of Grease streamed only for 3 nights in 2021. After being postponed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020, most of the cast was back (with some new additions) and expecting to perform at the Chatswood Concourse, but due to lockdown restrictions, this was not viable. Ultimately, the crew turned to film to bring the show to life! Redlands presents Grease The Musical! Since its electric Broadway and West End debut in the early 1970s, GREASE has remained one of the world’s most popular and enduring musicals. Funny, frank and featuring the hit songs “Greased Lightnin’,” “Hopelessly Devoted to You,” “You’re The One That I Want,” and “Summer Nights,” GREASE follows the journey of Danny and Sandy, alongside the T-Birds and the Pink Ladies, as they navigate high school to the unforgettable rock n’ roll soundtrack that defined generations.
