Overview
As serial killer Peter Tobin awaits his third murder conviction, investigators from the British televisions series Real Crime look back at his twisted life. Deemed too dangerous to ever be released from prison, police believed theyve only begun to count his victims. Tobin himself brags of killing up to 48 people.
