Overview
The events of the first film catch the attention of Commissioner Hank, who begins investigating the massacre that took place at Vaneska Enterprises, but soon discovers that the culprit was his old friend and partner Matt Johnson. Together, the two launch an investigation into the drugs being sold by the insane Doctor Crane in the Sotham suburbs. At the same time, Matt must confront his greatest fear... having a family
