Overview
"Toymaker" lives hidden behind privilege and power: by day, he's a respected figure in the city; by night, he's a predator who commissions, tortures, and preserves his crimes on VHS tapes that his wife, Camila, edits for the black market. Carlos recruits the victims; a shadowy "director" orchestrates the sadistic fantasies without getting his hands dirty.
