Overview
A Shabbat meal turns into a nightmare when a violent argument breaks out between Nico and his sister Rachel. Torn between their religious and cultural origins, the characters ultimately have one goal: to preserve what remains of their heritage. Between a horror thriller and a family comedy, Vendredi soir explores the complexity of cultural mixing in the middle of a Montreal winter.
