'American in Paris', 'Rhapsody in Blue' and 'The Unanswered Question' are all performed by the New York Philharmonic Orchestra at London's Royal Albert Hall in June 1976, while Ives' Symphony no. 2 is performed by Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks in the Congress Hall of the Deutsche Museum, Munich in June 1987.
